When I first got into real estate, it became very clear to me that if I wanted to stay in real estate, I needed to figure out what the hell was going on and fast. So I threw myself into the deep end with a good friend who let me list this old, dilapidated property she and her sister inherited. They really wanted to be rid of it as it held some memories that were best left alone. Knowing what they, and the house, had endured really captured me - houses do have stories and the walls talk (if you remember to listen.)

That was almost three years ago now. I've done over a million in sales volume since then, met some incredible clients (now friends♥), and hope to help several more people with, what is often, the biggest purchase of their life.
